IIT Education Day

The IIT Education Day concluded with great success at the Institute’s brand-new building, Building 50, bringing together students, researchers, tech enthusiasts to explore cutting-edge research, postgraduate opportunities.

The event featured 12 dynamic lightning presentations by PhD candidates on high-impact topics, such as AI Ethics, Explainable AI, Climate AI, 5G/6G Networks, followed by an introduction to the three specialized Master’s (MSc) programmes co-organized with the University of Piraeus, the Democritus University of Thrace.

The highlight of the day was the Team Networking Session in the building's foyer, where the Institute's research labs connected directly with the attendees.

Our team, AI4IA (Applied Intelligence for Impact Acceleration), actively participated with an e-poster, showcasing our latest work, our vision for leveraging applied intelligence to drive social, scientific impact.

We had fantastic engagement at our stand, sparking inspiring discussions with bright students, fellow researchers about future collaborations.
